Questions about Mestaria

Mestaria® is a multidisciplinary group headquartered in Dubai delivering integrated consultancy, legal, art, and venture-building services across the Gulf and broader Middle East. Founded by Peter Goodwin and Mark Hill, Mestaria operates through two complementary worlds: Mestaria Consultancy (which houses Mestaria Legal and the Special Projects Division, a Multi-Hybrid Venture Builder) and Mestaria Art (applying The Trade of Art™ to build infrastructure for the creative industries). Across the Group, Mestaria works across all stages of AI application, from applied to agentic and autonomous architecture, using AI in its own work and building AI-first products, from Claude adoption training through CIAO to ventures such as an AI legal guidance service for UAE expats.

Mestaria Consultancy delivers integrated services across five pillars: marketing, communications, technology, media, and legal. It houses the Mestaria Legal division, a boutique legal practice specialising in TMT, IP, corporate/commercial, creative industries, and data protection law. Clients include government bodies, multinationals, and high-value creative sector organisations across the Gulf and Middle East. The technology pillar includes applied AI: Claude adoption training, AI integration into client systems and bespoke AI builds, offered through CIAO.
